1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
4 cups fresh raspberries
1 (8 ounce) jar raspberry jam
Directions
In a medium bowl, blend together the flour, butter and sugar. Chill mixture for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Pat chilled mixture into a 9 inch tart pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Once out of the oven, allow to cool.
Arrange raspberries in crust. Heat jar of jam in microwave until it begins to boil. Pour jam over fruit. Cover and refrigerate tart for about 1 hour

2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 c brown sugar
1 c sugar
2 eggs
2 c oatmeal
1 c butterscotch or chocolate chips
preheat oven to 350º
in a large bowl whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt (set aside)
cream margarine, oil, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth beat eggs one at a time gradually add flour mixture until well blended then mix in oatmeal and chips
then scoop on to lightly greased cookie sheets
bake for 10-12 min. or until edges are golden let cookies cool down for 2 min. before moving to wire rack

1/2 c appplesauce ( or something not so sweet to replace oil/fat)
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/3 c cocoa
1/2 c flour
1/2 c chocolate chips
preheat oven to 350º
mix applesauce,sugar, vanilla and eggs in a separate bowl
mix the baking powder, cocoa, salt, flour and chocolate chips
add dry ingredients to egg mixture stir until smooth pour into square baking dish
bake for 20-30 min. or until edges start to seperate from pan
hint: check after 30 min. if not ready put in for another 5-10 min.
